The Liberté Cuisine family also contains two other products made with milk that we cannot classify as a yogurt or fresh cheese. But they are prepared in our best traditional dairy ways!

These products have been used worldwide in many long standing traditional recipes.
Sour Cream: A classic! We will find it used in Eastern European preparations as well as in Pakistani cooking or in the traditional salad dressings our grandmothers used to prepare during the Winter.
Our sour cream stays firm without adding any texturing agents. It is sold in the traditional 14% milk fat version or in a lighter, 5.5% version. Sour cream enriches many dishes. 250ml / 500ml, 14% et 5,5%
Quark: Neither cheese nor yogurt product, originally prepared in Eastern Europe, is usually used fresh, in salty or sweet style recipes.
Also known as quarg or caillebotte, it is the essential ingredient in the preparation of the famous Budwig Mix. Its low milk fat content makes it a very healthy choice. 250g / 500g |
