An Established Tradition
Liberté is a dairy product manufacturer that has been established in the Montreal area for the past 3 generations.

A tradition :

In 1928, Liberté started to produce cream cheese and cottage cheese on the corner of St-Urbain and Duluth streets, where we find today, in the heart of Montreal, the celebrated Café Santropol.

We have maintained our traditional craft-oriented values while expanding our production processes.

Growth :

Established in Brossard since 1964, Liberté started to produce yogurt, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Because of the evolving tastes of our clients we have developped more styles and groups of products, while keeping to our high quality and purity values. We have expanded to a larger facility and also acquired a new production facility in St.-Hyacinthe.
